Education
Marc J. Gold received his Bachelor's Degree from
Florida State University in 1978 and his Law Degree,
Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in
1982. Mr. Gold has been a member of the Florida Bar
Since 1983.
Marc is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in Family
Matters, Circuit Civil and County Court. Due to his extensive
experience, he is often appointed to Mediate existing court
cases so as to avoid a trial and expensive legal fees.
Mr. Gold is a Qualified Arbitrator and has served as the Administrative Traffic
Hearing Officer/Magistrate at the Broward County North Regional Courthouse
from 1993 to 2008.
Mr. Gold has been in private practice since 1984.
Mr. Gold has given numerous seminars in collections, guardianship, probate and mental
health law. He has taught at Nova Southeastern University as an Adjunct Instructor.
